It is with sad hearts that we have made the hard decision to postpone Rocky Railway VBS Kids Camp until next year, summer 2022.
We knew things were going to be challenging to plan a full VBS in this summer that isn’t yet fully post-pandemic. But we hit a few insurmountable hurdles both in terms of staffing and registration numbers that felt impossible to overcome. We want to honor both our volunteers who put in hours of hard work planning and leading camp, as well as our families who come expecting a great experience for their kids. With low numbers all around we knew neither our volunteers nor our campers would be well-served.
