What is MOPS? 

MOPS is for moms with kids birth - Kindergarten. 

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and is an international ministry for moms led by moms. MOPS believes that moms are world-influencers because moms are on the front line of raising the next generation. What better way to help shape the world for good than by nurturing moms in those critical and exhausting early years?

A typical MOPS morning will involve a hot breakfast, table conversation and a craft or interactive activity, followed by a speaker and small group discussion. All the while, little ones will be engaged in play and learning (or napping) in the nursery or classrooms. Newborns are of course happiest with mom, so feel free to keep your tiniest ones with you.

  • Your first meeting is free! Come and enjoy food, friendship, and loving childcare for your little ones while you get a break! If you decide to join for the rest of the year, here's the scoop:

  • Registration with MOPS International is $24.95 for the year.
    You'll get a book, gifts, coupons, support and connection with moms around the world. Click here to register online. 

  • Summit MOPS is $50.00 for the year, or $6.00 if you pay at each meeting.  This covers supplies for both moms and kids, crafts, speakers, and more! You can pay at the next meeting or pay online. 
     

  • We perform background checks on all our Moppets childcare workers. 

  • Moppets is more than babysitting; we have a terrific Moppets curriculum so your kids will be learning and growing as well.

The 2016-17 MOPS theme is “We are the Starry Eyed”

 Starry Eyed means looking for the light even when darkness is enveloping. It is an opportunity to hope recklessly and to witness God’s presence guiding things seen and unseen, comfortable and uncomfortable.
