Deacons

Summit Avenue provides care for its congregants through the ministry of Deacons. Each deacon is assigned a "parish" of individuals and families with whom they keep in touch and serve in times of need. Deacons also have their own Teams, which include:

Visitation & Home Communion - visits to shut-ins and those who are ill or in hospital.

Ride Assistance - if you need a ride to worship or to church events, contact the church office and they will direct you to the appropriate Deacon.

Chores and Home Help - sometimes folks in the congregation and community need help around the house. Deacons can help you!

Foodline - our Deacons are responsible for bringing church donations to the Bremerton Foodline
